Is my music uploaded somewhere?
No. SplitNPlay separates the song on your phone or computer: the original song never leaves your device. If your plan includes the cloud backup, processed songs are stored encrypted for your account.
Which songs can I use?
Songs you have the right to use, for your own practice. SplitNPlay is a practice tool: separated tracks are not for publishing.
Does it work on my phone?
It works on recent iPhones and Android phones and on any computer with an up-to-date browser. Phones with a capable graphics chip are much faster; for songs with many instruments a computer is recommended.
Is it an app from the App Store or Google Play?
It is a web app you install from the browser (Add to Home screen): always up to date, same account on every device.
How long does a song take?
Usually a few minutes on a recent phone or computer. The app shows an estimate before you start.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
